We don't have set 'hours of operation', and each VA has a slightly different life schedule. That being said, we’re big on prompt and reasonable turnaround times and (within reason) can adjust our hours according to your needs.

We allocate our time between clients each day to deliver the best service in all areas. We pride ourselves on responsible scheduling and efficient distribution. Have something extremely time-demanding? Give it to us and we’ll do our best to adjust things for you.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is included in our contract, but we’re happy to sign one specific to your company, if necessary.

At the beginning of each month you’ll receive an invoice for the previous month’s work, due upon receipt. We accept most methods of payment, but direct transfer is preferable.

Our time is valuable, just like yours is, and our rates are established based on what’s productive and fair for everyone. That being said, we want this thing to succeed so if you need something more customized, let’s connect.

Your privacy is important to us. All passwords, credit card info and other private data are protected by 1Password, the industry standard for online data security.
